EBC 10-12 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.4 USR Slotted Front Rotors

The EBC USR or Ultimax slotted rotor range are premium silent street rotors designed for fast street use, made from high-quality G3000 grey iron rotor blanks. All EBC rotors are British-made and precision machined in the UK, undergoing extensive testing and rigorous quality control. Slotted rotors can significantly improve brake performance and longevity when used with a matching high-friction brake pad set. The narrower multi-slot design and progressive angle of the slots create a quiet running sport rotor that still benefits from removing gas, dirt, water, and debris, and maintaining parallel pad wear. EBC emphasizes that slotted rotors promote flat and parallel pad wear, preventing ridges that can develop with drilled-only sport rotors, leading to more consistent braking throughout the pad and rotor wear life. When used with higher friction EBC Redstuff, Greenstuff, or Yellowstuff brake pads, these rotors will deliver better braking. The finer slot pattern makes these sport rotors more silent in operation while still offering pad degassing and removing dirt, dust, water, and debris from the braking area.
