EBC 2015+ Ford Mustang 5.0L Orangestuff Front Brake Pads

Developed as a full race pad with a high friction level that increases with temperature. This material works best on light to middleweight high powered race cars where a higher fade resistance and wear life is desirable compared to Yellowstuff. Despite having an acceptable cold friction making this material street usable, the hot friction is deemed too high for ECE R90 approval and therefore this material is not road legal within Europe. All EBC compounds are performance enhanced with CERAMIC GRANULES making them a true premium upgrade pad range for all vehicles. The deep 'V' grooves are used to trap dirt, debris and dust, plus aid ventilation. Orangestuff uses an interlayer system that ensures a much stronger bond in the compound for higher resistance in the toughest racing conditions. This will allow for 3 times more resistance than the organic pad for normal road use. Orangestuff are pre-burnt, which means they are already seated compared to common pads, but we recommend a minimum seating and running-in procedure to mate the pad with the disc. Two laps at intermediate speed are recommended, followed by two more with heavier braking. These do not have R90 approval for road use and are only manufactured for racing and track use.
