EBC Brakes® Bluestuff is a high-performance fast road and entry-level trackday brake pad designed for powerful street and performance vehicles. It offers very fast bedding-in, often self-bedding within the first few miles of driving while delivering strong braking from installation. Bluestuff provides excellent cold bite, smooth pedal modulation, and quiet operation, without the squeal or harshness common with many performance pads. With a higher friction coefficient than Yellowstuff, it delivers stronger stopping power, improved fade resistance, and greater control on both road and track. The pads feature a pre-scorched surface for super-fast bedding-in, zero noise/squeal/vibration, low rotor abrasion, and low dust. They are ideal for track-day events and are R90 approved and street legal on most EU fitments. They carry the prestigious “Leaf Mark” for environmental safety and are manufactured with NUCAP® NRS® hook technology for a secure mechanical bond. Bluestuff NDX front pads have a higher friction of 0.52μ. They have excellent wear life when operated at temperatures 0-550°C (Ambient – 1000 °F) and are very easy on rotors.
