Overview

These EBC 2-piece brake discs are engineered for high performance, featuring high-quality materials and construction. The outer friction rings are cast from a high-copper, high-carbon G3500 disc alloy, while the bells are precision machined from aerospace-grade aluminum and hard anodized for durability. The design incorporates EBC's patented SD-Drive technology bobbins, allowing the cast iron outer ring to float and expand/contract freely under extreme heat, preventing corrosion and ensuring smooth operation even after extended use. Anti-rattle spring clips ensure silent operation. Upgrading to these discs reduces unsprung rotational mass, leading to improved handling, tire grip, fuel economy, and horsepower at the wheels. The outer friction ring can be replaced independently, allowing for reuse of the center hub and bobbins to reduce long-term running costs.
