The EBC S1 Kits include Ultimax brake pads and RK rotors. The Ultimax pads are a premium quality British-made disc pad, designed as a stock replacement for daily driving on sedans, SUVs, and light trucks. They feature high-friction European spec friction material, are shimmed, slotted, and chamfered for low noise and long life. They are compatible with OE hardware and come with a 1 year/10,000 mile warranty. The RK Series Premium OE Replacement Plain Brake Rotors are sold in pairs and are sized and shaped to OE factory dimensions with strict quality controls. They are machined to tight tolerances (less than 0.05 millimeters) and made from high-quality "gray" iron with a higher carbon content to reduce brake shudder, heat cracking, and high-frequency vibrations. They feature a black GEOMET™ and NITROTHERM™ anti-corrosive finish. EBC recommends a 500-mile break-in period.
