S1KF1790 FRONT EBC Stage 1 Kit

The EBC Stage 1 Street Plain Front Brake Kit (S1KF1790) enhances daily driving with confidence and peace of mind by combining Ultimax Pads and stock replacement rotors. It is designed to eliminate brake shudder and squeal. The kit includes RK7408 Rotors (2 per pack) and UD1078 Pads (4 per pack). The rotors are sized and shaped to original equipment specifications with tight tolerances, designed to reduce heat buildup, brake noise, vibration, and wear. They feature a black GEOMET™ and NITROTHERM™ anti-corrosive finish. The high-quality "gray" iron used in the rotors has a higher carbon content, which reduces brake shudder, heat cracking, and high-frequency vibrations that cause squealing. The rotors are vented for effective cooling, are more resistant to warping or cracking, and are recommended for normal street driving, high-performance street driving, truck/SUV use, drifting, and short track runs. EBC recommends a 500-mile break-in period with lighter braking application.
