S12KF1679 FRONT EBC Stage 12 Kit

The EBC S12KF1679 is a Stage 12 Redstuff Brake Pad and RK Rotor Kit from EBC Brakes. This kit is designed for 1996-1998 BMW Z3 models, providing improved braking performance with less dust. It includes Redstuff ceramic brake pads and RK rotors. The pads are made with aramid fiber and ceramic granules, are fully shimmed, slotted, and chamfered, and feature EBC's Brake-in coating. The rotors are direct-fit OEM replacements with a Geomet anti-rust coating, are fully balanced, and runout-tested. This kit is intended for street use and is compatible with stock calipers. The front rotor has an outside diameter of 11.26 inches and a thickness of 0.47 inches. The rotor material is iron with a Geomet coated finish. The brake pads are ceramic with Redstuff ceramic friction material and an integrally molded construction. Shims are included, but an electronic wear sensor is not.
