High efficiency Ultimax EBC pads built with Aramid fiber, fully shimmed and chamfered with patented EBC Brake-in coating for faster pad brake in after install. Rotors are a direct fit OEM replacement with geomet anti rust surface coating, fully balanced and runout tested for smooth braking. Balanced and maximum Braking effect only happens when all brakes are working and the often forgotten rear brakes account for up to 40% of your vehicles stopping power. They are a direct replacement for stock pads, make 30% less dust, have beveled edges and a center-line slot for quiet stops, and are green powder coated for rust-free service. EBC's unique coating provides rapid bedding. Not for track use. EBC RK Series Premium OE Replacement Plain Brake Rotors are sized and shaped to OE factory dimensions with strict quality controls. They are designed to meet or reduce factory levels of heat buildup, brake noise, vibration, and wear. They feature a black GEOMET™ and NITROTHERM™ anti-corrosive finish. Recommended for normal street driving, high-performance street driving, truck or SUV use, drifting, and short track runs. High-quality "gray" iron with a higher carbon content reduces brake shudder, heat cracking, and high-frequency vibrations. EBC recommends a 500-mile break-in period.
