They offer superb bite from cold, which is uncommon with race materials, making them safe for both highway and track use. The pads and pad plates are powder coated for rust-free service, and the center-line slot vents heat and gas to prevent thermal cracks and fade. EBC backs these pads with a 12-month/10,000 mile warranty.

EBC USR BlackDash Series Sport Slotted 1-Piece Front Brake Rotors are designed for low noise in performance applications. They feature multiple angled slots for superior cooling and expulsion of heat, water, brake dust, and friction gases. The vented center provides even temperature moderation to avoid warpage, and a protective finish offers corrosion resistance. These rotors are unidirectional and recommended for use with EBC Greenstuff, Yellowstuff, and Redstuff pads. EBC recommends a 500-mile break-in period with lighter braking.
