This kit allows for the complete removal of the Exhaust Back Pressure Valve (EBPV), also known as the warm-up valve, from the turbo system. Removing the EBPV can help free up power and permanently resolve issues related to EBPV leaks.

The Atlas 216-7826 Complete EBPV Delete Kit is engineered to remove the Exhaust Back Pressure Valve (EBPV), also referred to as the warm-up valve, from your 7.3 Powerstroke engine's turbo system. By deleting the EBPV, you can also potentially free up additional engine power. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary parts for a DIY removal, featuring the Non EBPV pedestal, a bolt and seal kit, and the exhaust outlet flange. The kit is OE quality and provides a complete solution for eliminating the EBPV. It is designed to fit 1999.5-2003 7.3 Powerstroke pickup trucks, specifically those with a build date of December 7, 1998, through 2003. It is important to note that deleting the EBPV may trigger a soft code on the ECM, but this will not affect performance or set off the SES or CES light. This kit comes with a 1-year warranty from Atlas Diesel Components.
