ECA-2 Ethanol Content Analyzer Kit

The Zeitronix ECA-2 Ethanol Content Analyzer Kit provides critical real-time data on your fuel's ethanol percentage, essential for optimizing performance with E85 and its blends. The system accurately measures ethanol content from 0 to 100%, with a sensor accuracy of 5% of the mix ratio and a fast response time of less than 250ms. This allows for precise engine tuning, maximizing horsepower and preventing potential issues caused by inaccurate fuel content, especially during spring when E85 blends can vary significantly. The ECA-2 module features two 0-5 V analog outputs for Ethanol % and Fuel Temperature, enabling seamless integration with ECUs, data logging systems, and aftermarket engine management. The included gauge, available in various display options (white, red, or blue digits with different bezels), is slim (3/4" thick) and can be surface-mounted or installed in a standard 2-1/16" gauge pod. Power and data are supplied via a single connection, simplifying installation. The kit is Made in the USA and comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Installation requires a professional familiar with your vehicle's fuel system, as the sensor is typically mounted in the return fuel line and must be completely filled with fuel. It is crucial to always check for fuel leaks post-installation. The ECA-2 itself has dimensions of 3" x 2" x 1", and the connecting harness for the optional flow-through Flex Fuel Sensor is 8 ft long. The sensor operates within a fuel temperature range of -40°C to +90°C and a maximum fuel pressure of 10 bar (145 psi).
