ECO Kit DPF & EGR Delete Exhaust System

The Rawtek ECO Kit is a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) delete exhaust system engineered to enhance the performance, reliability, and fuel economy of the 2009-2014 Audi A3 TDI models. By removing the restrictive DPF, EGR system, and factory catalytic converters, this kit promotes freer exhaust flow. Constructed with durability in mind, the DPF delete downpipe is made from 304-grade stainless steel and features a robust aftermarket flex pipe. Rawtek has meticulously designed the downpipe with a smooth transition from the turbo outlet to its constant 2-3/4" ID tubing for optimal exhaust flow. A centering sleeve at the inlet aids in precise downpipe placement on the turbo, ensuring maximum flow and preventing leaks. All hardware required for a complete installation is included. Installation of this kit is estimated to take approximately 5 hours for basic installation, with a recommendation of around 6 hours for maximum performance gains. Crucially, this system requires a tune for the vehicle's ECM to function correctly without check engine lights or fault codes. Rawtek exclusively offers TuneZilla tunes, known for their power, reliability, and customer service, and provides options for both bench flashing and handheld tuners like the Flashzilla device. Tuning for the DSG transmission is also available with the Flashzilla Pro device. Fitment is specific to North American spec vehicles with a DPF, including the Audi A3 2.0L CR TDI from 2009 to 2014.
