Ecoboost Power Pack Calibration 2.7L

The Ford Performance Bronco Ecoboost Power Pack Calibration (M-9603-B27) is designed to significantly enhance the performance of your 2.7L EcoBoost engine in 2021-2024 Ford Broncos. This engineered and dyno-tested calibration focuses on increasing power and improving throttle response across the RPM range, while also optimizing the shift schedule. This calibration unlocks notable performance gains, achieving a peak torque of 433 lb.-ft. at 3,500 RPM and 355 HP at 5,500 RPM. It provides the flexibility to accommodate larger tire sizes, supporting up to BFG 37x12.5R17 KO2 (579 revolutions per mile), and allows for axle ratio changes up to 5.38. Additionally, it enables the upgrade of the M190 to M210 front drive unit by reconfiguring the DLCM module. This calibration is intended for U.S. and Canadian market vehicles and comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty when installed by a Ford dealer or an ASE/Red Seal certified technician. It requires the use of premium fuel. Important considerations include: additional modifications are required for the larger tire size, and reverting to stock calibration with non-production tires/gears can lead to error codes and loss of critical system functionality. The ProCal 4 delivery tool, which is included, is VIN-locked and requires Windows 7 or greater (not Windows 10 in S Mode) for its software. CARB E.O. #: D-431-4 is applicable for 2021 model year vehicles. Please note that this calibration is not available in California for the 2022 model year.
