The ZZPerformance ZZ-ETC-BOLT is a set of upgraded flywheel bolts designed for Ecotec vehicles equipped with the F35 or F23 transmission. These bolts are constructed from a proprietary material that is stronger than stock, featuring a 1mm larger upper shoulder and a wider head for improved clamping force on the flywheel. They are reusable and available in options for 2.0L (8 bolts) or 2.2L/2.4L (6 bolts) engines.

This set of ZZPerformance ZZ-ETC-BOLT flywheel bolts offers an upgrade over stock components for Ecotec engines. Manufactured from a proprietary, stronger-than-stock material, these bolts feature a 1mm larger upper shoulder and a wider head to enhance clamping on the flywheel. Two options are available: the 2.0 (8 bolt) set is for LSJ and LNF powered vehicles using the OEM F35 5-speed transmission. The 2.2/2.4 (6 bolt) set is for L61/LE5/LAP engines with the OEM F23 5-speed transmission or an F35 swap. An important installation note for the 2.2/2.4 set: before assembly, verify clutch disc to bolt clearance due to the larger bolt head, as it may not clear stock-style clutches like those from GMPP. The recommended torque specification is 70 ft/lbs, applied in a star pattern across two passes, using ARP lubricant.
