Overview

The East Coast Supercharging ECS Stage 1 E85 Fuel System is a secondary pump system designed for late 2003 to 2013 Corvette C5 and C6 models.

This system incorporates the standard intake pump and adds a secondary A-1000 pump that activates via a hobbs switch based on vacuum and boost pressure. It increases both fuel pressure and flow to meet demands exceeding normal levels. The feed hoses are upgraded from -8AN to -10AN to support E85 fuel flow.

The East Coast Supercharging ECS Stage 1 E85 Fuel System is engineered for late 2003 to 2013 C5 and C6 Corvettes, providing enhanced fuel delivery for E85 applications. This system integrates your existing intake pump with a secondary A-1000 pump. The secondary pump is intelligently activated by a hobbs switch that monitors vacuum and boost pressure, ensuring increased fuel pressure and flow precisely when needed. To accommodate the higher fuel demands of E85, the feed hoses have been upgraded to -10AN from the standard -8AN. Featuring custom-machined ECS Fuel Block and fittings, this Stage I system seamlessly integrates with your factory fuel lines, utilizing the factory fuel rails and pressure regulator. It includes pre-made, high-pressure PTFE Fragola hoses that are pressure tested and ready for installation, an exclusive offering from ECS. The ECS Stage 1 E85 fuel system has been proven stable up to 800 rwhp and offers an easy upgrade path for future power enhancements. This kit is specifically designed for mid-2003 and later C5 & C6 Corvettes; earlier systems (1997-2003) require a different ECS Stage I Fuel System. Please note that injectors are not included with this fuel system.
