ECU and TCU Tuning Bundle

The 034 Motorsport Performance Software bundle provides a substantial upgrade for the 3.0 TFSI Supercharged V6 engine in B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5/Q5/SQ5 and C7 A6/A7/D4 A8 models. This software is flashed directly via your vehicle's OBD-II port, delivering increased horsepower and torque throughout the powerband. Development was conducted in-house and refined on multiple enthusiast vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This tuning bundle offers multiple performance stages, with Stage 1 on 91 octane yielding an increase of 98 HP and 72 TQ, bringing the total to 430 HP and 374 TQ. Higher octane fuels and E40 blends can push output even further, with Stage 2+ reaching up to 540 HP and 491 TQ. The software also includes advanced features like user-adjustable crackle overrun (requires racing catalyst), adjustable launch control (1500-5000 RPM via cruise control stalk), and left-foot braking support. A TCU tune is required for DSG or ZF8 transmissions when using Advanced Launch Control. Compatibility is key: this software is designed for Simos 8.4/8.5 ECUs and requires a slip-on supercharger pulley. Vehicles with the CREC engine code (Simos 16 ECU) and a 4-bolt supercharger pulley are not compatible. 034Motorsport also offers CARB-exempt files for Stage 1 tuning, which are included free with the purchase. This tune also requires specific hardware for certain features, such as a racing catalyst for adjustable crackle overrun, and a TCU tune for specific transmission types when using advanced launch control. The 034SPI mobile flashing app is available for iOS and Android for easy flashing and data logging.
