ECU Performance Engine Tune Stage 1 8Y Audi RS3 2.5TFSI

The Unitronic ECU Performance Engine Tune is a sophisticated Stage 1 performance software upgrade for the 8Y Audi RS3 equipped with the 2.5TFSI engine and the Bosch® H80 MG1CS163 ECU hardware. This tune is precisely calibrated for use with 91 octane / 95 RON fuel, aiming to enhance the vehicle's performance while upholding OEM-like reliability and drivability. Unitronic leverages over two decades of experience in engine management systems and calibrations to develop this software. The process involves extensive testing on an in-house Maha Chassis dyno and real-world street and track scenarios to ensure maximum performance, broad powerband, smooth power delivery, and optimized responsiveness. Factory safety limiters are retained throughout the calibration process, ensuring that engine operation stays within the limits of the factory components, thereby preserving reliability. This ECU unlock solution for the new H80 MG1 ECUs requires ECUs to be sent to Unitronic's Headquarters for unlock operations. Unitronic offers three options for the ECU unlock process: purchasing an unlocked ECU from Unitronic, sending your current ECU to Unitronic for unlocking, or through their UniCONNECT+ system. Software purchase is required for all options. Additional features may be available, such as Unitronic FLEX fuel enabled calibrations (requiring UniFLEX Hardware) and Unitronic Advanced Features (UAF) which include adjustable Pops and Bangs, Launch Control, and Rolling Launch Control settings. Certain hardware, like a 4-inch intake system and an upgraded intercooler, may be required for higher stages of performance tuning (e.g., Stage 2).
