The FlashTune FTDL16 is a bike-side tuning kit that allows for direct ECU programming. This kit includes the FTdataLink ECU Interface USB Cable and a bike-side programming harness for permanent installation. It enables users to adjust various parameters such as removing ECU restrictions, modifying fuel and ignition timing maps, and adjusting engine braking and cooling fan settings.

The FlashTune FTDL16 is a comprehensive bike-side tuning kit designed to give riders direct access to their motorcycle's ECU for performance adjustments. This kit includes the essential FTdataLink ECU Interface USB Cable and a durable bike-side programming harness that can be permanently installed on the motorcycle. This setup allows for on-bike laptop access, eliminating the need to send the ECU away for modifications. With the FT ECU software, users can unlock a wide range of tuning capabilities. This includes removing factory-imposed restrictions, importing high load fuel maps from PC3 and PC5, and adjusting low load fuel maps with bias mapping. The kit also allows for cylinder-specific ignition timing adjustments based on gear, throttle-by-wire modifications, engine braking adjustments, cooling fan temperature settings, and disabling injector decel cut-off. New features are regularly added to the software, ensuring the tuning suite remains current. This product is intended for RACE USE ONLY and comes with an FT ECU License that permits unlimited flashes for a single ECU. The included software automatically updates with new features. The kit is compatible with specific Kawasaki models: the 2024 ZX-6R, 2024 Z900, 2024 Ninja 500, and the 2023 Ninja 400.
