ECU Re-Flash

The Alba Racing ECU re-flash is designed to enhance the performance of your YXZ 1000 or YXZ 1000SS. After extensive testing, Alba Racing has developed optimized ignition and fuel maps that provide a noticeable gain in horsepower and torque. The re-flash corrects the factory lean air-fuel ratio, which not only adds power but also contributes to cooler engine and exhaust gas temperatures, promoting engine longevity. Key features of this ECU re-flash include a performance ignition curve and a performance fuel curve. The radiator fan is activated at a lower temperature of 195 degrees Fahrenheit for improved engine cooling. Additionally, the rev limiter in fifth gear is raised from the stock 9500 rpm to 10500 rpm, with an optional increase to 11500 rpm (requiring aftermarket valve springs). This extended rev range can result in significant top speed gains. This product requires the ECU to be shipped to Alba Racing for reprogramming, with a typical turnaround time of one business day. Alternatively, core ECU options are available for purchase. It is important to note that this re-flash requires the use of 91 octane fuel or higher. For those with other engine modifications such as a fuel rail, injectors, pump, or regulator, it is crucial to contact Alba Racing first to ensure compatibility. Availability and Fitment: This ECU re-flash is compatible with 2016-2020 YXZ1000R and YXZ1000SS models. Core ECUs for 2016-18 and 2024+ YXZ1000R models are currently out of stock.
