ECU Reflash

The Hondata ECU Reflash is a performance enhancement service for your Acura TSX engine computer. This reflash modifies the stock ECU parameters to optimize fuel delivery, ignition timing, and cam timing. A key change is the adjustment of the VTEC point, which is decreased from the stock 6000 rpm to 4850 rpm for earlier engagement. This reflash is suitable for a stock TSX or one equipped with aftermarket headers and an intake. The process involves sending your ECU to a Hondata dealer for the reflash; the ECU itself is not included. Instructions for removing the ECU and immobilizer, which are typically located behind driver or passenger side footwell panels, are provided and require basic tools like a Philips screwdriver and a 10mm socket.
