Drawing on extensive experience with previous 2.5TFSI EVO applications, Unitronic's Mechanical Engineers have crafted this unit specifically for the DXH-equipped 8Y RS3, ensuring full compatibility with OEM PCV system components. Constructed from aircraft-grade cast aluminum and supported by premium hardware, this 4-inch Turbo Inlet Elbow is capable of handling the airflow demands of the factory turbocharger as well as a wide array of mainstream hybrid turbochargers. This versatility is achieved through Unitronic's innovative adapter rings, allowing for modular fitment. In performance testing, the Unitronic 4-inch Turbo Inlet Elbow demonstrated a significant 28% increase in flow over the stock unit, moving from 581 CFM to 744 CFM at 28” of H₂O. This enhancement contributes to proven power, torque, and airflow gains. The elbow features smooth airflow transitions, CNC-machined mounting flanges, inlet, and outlets for optimal performance. Installation of the Unitronic 4-inch Turbo Inlet Elbow is straightforward, with all necessary hardware included. Estimated installation time ranges from 1-2 hours. The product is compatible with Left Hand Drive (LHD) models only. Recommended software includes Stage 1, Stage 1+, and Stage 2.
