ECU Tune for VW Golf R / Audi S3

The Integrated Engineering IESOVN22 ECU tune is engineered to unleash the full performance potential of the VW Golf R (MK7/MK7.5) and Audi S3 (8V) equipped with the 2.0T TSI Gen 3 IS38 engine. This tune provides substantial power increases, with claims of up to +201 HP and +199 ft-lbs of torque over stock, delivering smooth and precise acceleration without sudden spikes or hesitations. The APEX tune suite, specifically, can achieve up to 490 HP when paired with appropriate hardware like the Garrett GT2260S turbo and HPFP upgrade. Key features include real-time adjustability through the POWERlink mobile app, allowing users to modify exhaust crackles, open/close exhaust flaps, set launch RPM, and alter throttle response without reflashing. The system incorporates iE Anti-Lag™ for aggressive AWD launches and Rolling Anti-Lag™ for instant power delivery at speed. Furthermore, the iE TrueFlex™ technology automatically adapts to any blend of ethanol, from 91 octane to full E85, simplifying fuel management for maximum performance. Installation is designed to be user-friendly, performed at home via the POWERlink mobile app connected to the OBD2 port, eliminating the need for ECU removal or a laptop. The tune also includes safety features like AutoProtect™, which monitors engine conditions and intervenes if necessary. For DSG-equipped vehicles, an accompanying iE DSG Tune is recommended to fully leverage the engine's torque capabilities and optimize shift behavior. Fitment compatibility is specific to the 2015-2019 VW Golf R 2.0T AWD and 2015-2021 Audi S3 2.0T AWD. Notably, this tune is incompatible with Audi TT-S ECUs. TrueFlex and Adjustable Tunes are currently only available for North American (NA) ECUs and do not support Rest-Of-World (ROW) ECUs. Stage 3 GT2260S tunes may also have limited support for ROW ECUs, and customers should contact Integrated Engineering before purchasing.
