The COBB Tuning Shifter Bushings are designed to eliminate the lateral slop present in the factory shifter mechanism of 2002-2014 Subaru WRX models. Constructed from a tighter durometer urethane material, these bushings maintain their shape under load, providing a more direct mechanical connection between the shift lever and the transmission's selector. The kit includes replacements for both the front linkage bushing, which affects lateral precision, and the rear bushing, which influences fore-aft engagement precision. This ensures a complete improvement in shifter feel. The COBB Tuning Shifter Bushings are compatible with the EJ20 and EJ255 5-speed manual transmissions found in the specified Subaru WRX models from 2002 to 2014. Installation hardware is included with the kit.
