The Aces Quick Draw TCM offers a cost-effective solution for controlling popular GM electronic overdrive transmissions, whether you are integrating it with an ACES EFI system or running a carburetor or another EFI setup. This transmission controller utilizes a high-speed, reliable 32-bit Power Architecture-based microcontroller, providing robust performance. For users of ACES EFI systems, the Quick Draw TCM communicates via CAN bus, eliminating the need for additional TPS sensors and avoiding signal-splitting issues. Calibration is simplified through the existing ACES touchscreen, allowing adjustments to upshifts, downshifts, WOT shift points, line pressure, and torque converter lock-up without a laptop. The stand-alone version includes a 5-inch touchscreen for setup and tuning. Calibration involves a simple wizard for adjusting upshifts, downshifts, WOT shift points, line pressure (duty cycle) vs. gear, and torque converter lock-up, all without requiring a laptop. Both versions include the Quick Draw TCM module, a main harness, a transmission sub-harness, and a CAN splitter cable. The stand-alone kit also comes with a VSS extension harness. For carbureted applications or non-ACES EFI systems, a remote TPS signal is required, and the user must install a TPS sensor. The Quick Draw TCM is compatible with the following GM transmissions: 4L60E ('96-'03), 4L65E ('96-'03), 4L67E ('96-'03), and 4L80E ('94-'03).
