EFR 8374 Turbocharger

The BorgWarner EFR 8374 turbocharger is engineered to deliver substantial power output, suitable for applications ranging from 475 to 750 horsepower. This unit boasts advanced features such as a Gamma-Ti turbine wheel for enhanced durability and performance, and a Forged Milled Compressor Wheel (FMW) utilizing extended tip technology for improved airflow and efficiency. This turbocharger incorporates a dual ceramic ball bearing assembly with a metal cage for superior longevity and reduced friction. It also includes an integrated Compressor Recirculation Valve (CRV) to manage boost and prevent surge, along with provisions for a speed sensor on the compressor cover. Options for Aluminum or Iron Supercore and an SX-E compressor cover upgrade are available. The EFR 8374 offers versatile fitment with two flange types: T3 with a 0.83 A/R and T4 with options for 0.92, 1.05, or 1.45 A/R, all featuring a 3-inch V-band discharge. This allows for customization based on specific engine requirements and desired spool characteristics.
