EFR Turbo Kit

The 845 Motorsports EFR Turbo Kit is a comprehensive upgrade designed to dramatically enhance the performance of your Veloster Turbo. This kit aims to provide a substantial power increase, transforming your driving experience. Developed for the Fox Marketing SEMA car, this kit is manufactured in the USA with precision tig welding and complete back purging on stainless steel components to ensure maximum durability and longevity. This kit includes your choice of turbo (EFR 6258, EFR 6758, or EFR 7163), a tubular exhaust manifold, a 3" catless downpipe, and an intake system designed to connect from the turbo to the stock intake location. Optional additions include a Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) with an upgraded core and a Turbosmart Blow-Off Valve (BOV) or Bypass Valve (BPV). Oil and water lines, along with all necessary miscellaneous hardware, are also provided, making it a ready-to-bolt-on solution with minimal modification required for intercooler installation. IMPORTANT: This turbo kit does NOT include a tune. A custom tune is absolutely required for the vehicle to run correctly and safely with this kit. Failure to tune the vehicle can result in damage. The manufacturer explicitly states they cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper or absent tuning. While options are available to significantly increase horsepower (100+ WHP over stock), an engine build package is highly recommended to fully realize the potential of these turbos. A tune can be purchased separately. Please be aware that this kit is built to order and has an estimated lead time of 8-12 weeks before fabrication is completed. Furthermore, if you opt out of the included intercooler setup, 845 Motorsports cannot guarantee the power or reliability if you choose to use another brand's intercooler. If you already possess their V1 non-mandrel bent intercooler, please specify this in the order comments. It's also noted that the EFR turbos have an integrated BOV in their compressor housing, making an additional BOV unnecessary for basic operation; however, a Forge upgrade is offered for those seeking increased BOV sound volume.
