EGR and Cooler Kit M57

The Bimmer Tune EGR and cooler kit provides a complete solution for removing the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system from compatible BMW M57 diesel engines. This kit is specifically designed for US-spec E90 335d models from 2009 to 2011 and E70 X5 35d models from 2009 to 2013. By removing the EGR system, this kit aims to maximize airflow to the engine, leading to potential increases in power and torque, a reduction in turbo lag, and a sharper engine response. It also helps prevent carbon buildup within the engine and can reduce black smoke emissions under full throttle. Crucially, after installation, the vehicle's computer will require additional ECU coding or remapping to prevent the car from entering limp mode.
