The Spelab EGR & CCV Delete Kit is engineered to optimize performance for 2010-2024 Dodge Ram 2500HD and 3500HD models with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. This comprehensive kit addresses two key areas: it eliminates restrictive EGR flow, which reduces carbon buildup and improves throttle response, and it upgrades the CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) system. The CCV Venturi system includes an improved stainless steel filter offering 20% more airflow contact area for better crankcase ventilation. Constructed with quality and aesthetics in mind, the kit features a CNC-machined aluminum EGR block plate boasting a polished surface and an engraved Spelab logo for durability and a show-quality appearance. An integrated DDC bracket ensures a direct bolt-on installation without requiring exhaust stud modification. The CCV components are anodized, available in black, red, or silver, and feature a corrosion-resistant finish. By deleting the EGR system, the kit helps reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and prevents oil sludge from accumulating in the intercooler and piping via the CCV delete. This contributes to cleaner combustion and potentially better fuel efficiency.
