The Bullet Proof Diesel EGR Cooler, part number 6700120, is engineered as a direct replacement and upgrade for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler in 2010-2024 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks featuring the 6.7L Cummins engine. This cooler utilizes a patented helical-core design, incorporating durable stainless-steel tubing that is more resilient to the thermal stresses of heating and cooling cycles, which are common failure points for standard EGR coolers. The construction is further reinforced with TIG welding and vacuum brazing at its seams and joints, ensuring exceptional strength and longevity. This advanced internal tube design allows the EGR Cooler to survive thermal events and operational cycles where other coolers might fail. Gaskets and hardware are not included with this EGR cooler and must be purchased separately. A $200.00 refundable core charge is applied to this purchase; a prepaid return shipping label will be provided to facilitate the return of the core.
