EGR Delete Hardware Kit

The Spelab EGR Delete Hardware Kit is specifically engineered for 2017-2025 L5P Duramax engines in Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. It is particularly beneficial for off-road or race-use builds, supporting tuned applications. The previous aluminum alloy has been upgraded to solid carbon steel, significantly increasing the maximum temperature resistance from 600°C to 1,500°C. This enhanced durability prevents soot buildup and EGR valve clogging, ensuring that fresh, dense air circulates instead of reintroducing hot exhaust gases. The improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to spool up faster, leading to quicker throttle response. The kit mounts to the exhaust port and utilizes a rubber hose for coolant flow, offering better oil resistance. Installation is designed for DIY mechanics and typically takes approximately 2 hours with basic hand tools.
