EGR Delete Kit

The SPELAB EGR Delete Kit is engineered for 2010–2025 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Diesel engine. By eliminating the recirculation of hot, soot-laden exhaust gases, the kit prevents EGR valves and coolers from clogging, which can lead to reduced engine performance and increased repair costs. This upgrade also contributes to lower engine temperatures, as coolant will no longer flow through the EGR cooler. Minimizing soot buildup leads to better fuel economy, potentially up to a 20% increase, enhanced engine longevity, and reduced repair expenses. The kit replaces the factory EGR valve and cooler entirely, requiring no additional parts for installation. It includes a coolant re-route hose, transmission dipstick, coolant hose bracket, and detailed installation instructions. Exhaust manifold plates are tapped for an EGT probe, offering further monitoring capabilities. The fitment is confirmed for 2010-2025 Dodge Ram 2500HD and 3500HD models with the 6.7L Diesel engine. Note that the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) sensor fitting differs for 2013-2018 and 2019+ models. The kit aims to resolve common issues like soot buildup, high coolant temperatures, and decreased performance, especially in models like the 2011, 2012, and 2019 Ram trucks which are known to experience EGR system degradation or failure under heavy use.
