EGR Delete Kit

The Spelab EGR Delete Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and reliability of 2010-2025 Dodge Ram 2500HD and 3500HD models equipped with the 6.7L Cummins Diesel engine. By removing the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, this kit prevents the recirculation of hot, soot-laden exhaust gases back into the engine. This directly addresses issues like clogged EGR valves and coolers, leading to improved engine longevity and reduced maintenance costs. The kit includes a coolant re-route hose, eliminating the need for blocked-off coolant hoses, and replaces the EGR valve and cooler without requiring additional parts for installation. It also comes with a transmission dipstick and coolant hose bracket. The exhaust manifold plates are tapped to accommodate an EGT probe for monitoring exhaust gas temperatures. By bypassing the EGR system, the engine avoids costly DPF failures and operates at cooler, more efficient temperatures.
