EGR Delete Kit

The Spelab EGR Delete Kit is engineered for 2009-2025 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with the 6.7L Cummins Diesel engine. This kit aims to combat EGR soot buildup, optimize coolant flow by rerouting it to critical engine areas, and ultimately reduce engine heat, supporting cleaner performance for off-road applications. Constructed with high-temperature silicone coolant hoses, CNC-machined aluminum intake blocker plates, and heavy-duty 304 stainless steel flanges, this kit is built for durability and corrosion-free operation. It also features an integrated DDC base pipe bracket for simpler installation, directly mounting to the engine without exhaust studs. The kit includes all necessary hardware, such as plates, gaskets, silicone hoses, flanges, fittings, spacers, clamps, and various bolts and nuts. It is important to note that this kit will require the use of an EGR upgrade-capable programmer or tuner to prevent related diagnostic codes and ensure proper operation. The product is intended for off-road, race, competition, agricultural, or industrial use only, and may affect emissions compliance, diagnostics, registration, inspection eligibility, or warranty coverage. Always check all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and warranty requirements before installation. This kit is not suitable for Cab & Chassis (C&C) models.
