EGR Delete Kit

The Spelab EGR Delete Kit is engineered to enhance the performance of 2013-2023 Dodge Ram 6.7L Diesel Cab & Chassis trucks by removing the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system. This upgrade offers several benefits, including improved fuel economy, a reduction in engine operating temperatures, and decreased maintenance requirements by preventing the buildup of soot and carbon within the engine. The kit effectively eliminates soot accumulation and clogged EGR valves, ensuring that hot exhaust gases are not recirculated back into the engine. It also features a coolant re-route hose, avoiding the need to block off coolant lines, and includes exhaust manifold plates tapped for an EGT probe. Included in the box are one 1/2" laser-cut steel plate, a billet block plug, a billet standpipe cap, and all necessary gaskets and fittings for a complete installation. While installation is estimated to take approximately 2 hours with basic hand tools, professional installation is required, and instructions are not provided. Crucially, this EGR delete kit must be used in conjunction with EGR upgrade tuning. It is exclusively designed for Dodge Ram 3500, 4500, and 5500 models with the 6.7L Diesel engine, specifically for CAB AND CHASSIS TRUCKS ONLY.
