EGR Delete Kit

The Spelab EGR Delete Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and reliability of 2010-2025 Dodge Ram 2500HD and 3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. By eliminating the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, this kit prevents the recirculation of hot, soot-laden exhaust gases back into the engine. This directly combats issues like clogged EGR valves and coolers, reduces engine temperatures by removing the EGR cooler from the coolant flow, and minimizes soot buildup within the engine. Furthermore, bypassing the EGR system allows the engine to run cleaner, maintain optimal power output, and avoid potential DPF failures, all while operating at cooler, more efficient temperatures. The kit replaces the factory EGR valve and EGR cooler, and includes a coolant re-route hose and transmission dipstick/coolant hose bracket, ensuring a complete installation without requiring additional parts. Exhaust manifold plates are tapped for an EGT probe. Detailed installation instructions are provided, making it accessible for mechanically inclined users.
