This kit is ideal for those removing the factory EGR valve and cooler as part of a tuned delete setup, particularly in trucks used in high-load, towing, or performance environments where under-hood heat management is critical. Constructed with upgraded solid carbon steel, this delete kit boasts a maximum temperature resistance of 1,500 degrees Celsius, a significant increase from previous aluminum alloy designs. This enhanced heat tolerance effectively prevents soot buildup and EGR valve clogging. The improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to spool faster, resulting in quicker throttle response. The kit mounts to the exhaust port and flows coolant through a rubber hose for better oil resistance.
