EGR Delete Kit 6.7L Diesel

The Spelab EGR Delete Kit is engineered for 2009-2025 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Diesel trucks intended for off-road use. This kit actively eliminates the factory EGR system, which is known to cause soot buildup in the intake and can lead to engine heat issues. Instead of simply blocking off the EGR, this kit optimizes coolant flow by rerouting it to the hottest part of the engine, between cylinders #5 and #6, for more precise temperature management. Constructed with high-temperature silicone coolant hoses, CNC-machined aluminum intake blocker plates, and heavy-duty 304 stainless steel flanges, this kit is built for durability. It includes an integrated DDC base pipe bracket that mounts directly to the engine, simplifying installation by eliminating the need for exhaust studs. The complete kit comes with all necessary gaskets, spacers, billet fittings, and hardware. By removing the EGR cooler and associated components, this kit prevents soot contamination in the intake, leading to a cleaner engine bay and improved airflow. A tuner or programmer capable of handling EGR deletes is required for proper operation and to prevent diagnostic trouble codes. This EGR Delete Kit is not suitable for Cab & Chassis models. It is intended for off-road, race, competition, agricultural, or industrial use only, where permitted by law. Installation requires the use of an EGR upgrade capable programmer or tuner.
