EGR Delete Kit

The SPELAB EGR Delete Kit is engineered to eliminate the restrictive EGR system in 2009-2025 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins engine. This kit is intended for off-road use and aims to reduce soot buildup within the EGR system, prevent common EGR cooler failures, and lower overall engine heat. The kit's innovative design features a high-temperature silicone coolant hose that actively reroutes coolant to the hottest part of the engine – between cylinders #5 and #6 – for more effective temperature management. The components include a precisely CNC-machined aluminum intake block plate, heavy-duty 304 stainless steel flanges for corrosion resistance, and an integrated DDC base pipe bracket. This bracket simplifies installation by allowing direct mounting to the engine without the need for exhaust studs, offering a faster and more straightforward process. Included with the kit is a complete hardware set, featuring all necessary gaskets, spacers, billet fittings, clamps, bolts, and washers. The materials used ensure durability, with stainless steel flanges, an aluminum blocker plate, and silicone hoses. This EGR delete kit is designed to complement SPELAB's Dodge Ram 6.7L Diesel intake manifold for a seamless performance upgrade.
