The Spelab EGR/DPF/DEF Delete Kit is an all-in-one solution for 2013-2018 Dodge Ram Cummins 6.7L Diesel trucks. By eliminating these systems, you can stop costly DPF regens, prevent EGR clogging that leads to soot buildup, and free up hidden power potential, with expected gains of 80-150+ HP depending on the tune. The kit is designed to improve fuel economy by 1-3 MPG and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs), which is crucial for heavy towing. Furthermore, reducing heat stress and turbo wear contributes to a longer overall engine life. The package typically includes an EGR Delete Kit, DPF Delete Kit, and a Tuner Delete, though accessories may vary by order. Installation is rated as beginner-to-intermediate for DIYers, with EGR components potentially being more challenging due to seized bolts. Custom tuning is absolutely required after installation to disable the DPF/EGR systems in the ECU and prevent error codes, limp mode, or poor running conditions. This kit is intended for off-road or competition use only, as it will cause the vehicle to fail emissions testing or visual inspections. Important compatibility notes: The DPF Delete Kit will not fit Cab & Chassis commercial-style trucks or trucks with air-ride suspension. For 2018+ RAM trucks, the tuner may only support original PCM software with part numbers starting with a number; if your PCM part number starts with a letter, the tuner may not function correctly.
