EGR/DPF Delete Kit

The SPELAB EGR/DPF Delete Kit is engineered to remove the restrictive factory DPF, EGR, and downpipe on L5P Duramax engines. This full delete and downpipe combination aims to unlock better throttle response, increased horsepower, and improved reliability, making it suitable for towing, racing, or off-grid applications. By eliminating DPF clogs and forced regenerations, this kit prevents wasted fuel and limp mode. It also stops EGR soot buildup, preventing carbon fouling in the intake and turbo system, and reduces exhaust backpressure for a free-breathing turbo. The kit is constructed with high-grade stainless steel for the downpipe and DPF delete pipes, featuring precision laser-cut flanges and TIG welding for durability and corrosion resistance. Key benefits include eliminating DPF clogs and forced regens, preventing EGR soot buildup, and reducing exhaust backpressure. The kit claims gains of 90-160+ HP and 180-300+ lb-ft of torque with tuning, alongside a 1-3 MPG improvement in fuel economy and lower EGTs for safer towing. This kit is specifically designed for 2017-2025 GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD and Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L L5P Duramax diesel engine. It will NOT fit the 3500/4500/5500 Cab & Chassis commercial style trucks. For 2017-2019 models, color-specific CAN bus plugs (black or white) are required to match the vehicle's existing plug; these are not interchangeable. Installation requires solid mechanical knowledge and professional installation is highly recommended due to exhaust modification and ECU tuning requirements. A custom ECU tune is mandatory after installation to disable EGR/DPF functions and prevent trouble codes.
