EGR & DPF Delete Kit

The Spelab EGR & DPF Delete Kit is an all-in-one bundle designed to comprehensively optimize your Dodge Ram 6.7L diesel engine's performance by eliminating two major restrictive emissions systems. This modification significantly improves power, efficiency, and engine longevity while reducing maintenance needs. The kit features T-409 stainless steel construction, 2mm thick for durability and heat resistance. It offers mandrel-bent construction for maximum flow efficiency and is available with 4.0" or 5.0" inlet diameters. The primary benefits include a power increase due to faster turbo spool and reduced intake air temperatures, improved engine health by preventing soot buildup and eliminating DPF regen cycles, and enhanced fuel economy with potential gains of 2-3 MPG. Simplified maintenance is achieved through the elimination of DPF filter replacements and EGR valve failures, and reduced oil change frequency. Installation requires a DPF delete capable tuner to prevent check engine lights and diagnostic trouble codes. The kit is designed for 2013-2018 Dodge Ram 2500HD and 3500HD 6.7L Diesel models, including crew cab short bed, crew cab long bed, and mega cab configurations. It explicitly does not fit Cab & Chassis models. When selecting a DPF delete pipe, options include 4-inch and 5-inch straight pipes, with the 4-inch offering a tighter sound suitable for daily driving and milder tunes, while the 5-inch provides a deeper tone for high-output builds and towing. Different types of DPF deletes are available, such as the DPF Race Delete (removes only DPF), Downpipe-Back Delete, and Turbo Back Delete, each offering varying levels of performance improvement. Muffler options also influence the sound and potential performance restriction.
