The SPELAB EGR Valve Cooler Delete Kit is specifically engineered for 2011-2016 GMC and Chevy trucks equipped with the 6.6L LML Duramax engine. Constructed from durable stainless steel and billet aluminum, this black off-plate kit offers a direct replacement solution with no modification required. This EGR delete kit provides several key benefits. By eliminating the recirculation of exhaust gases, the engine runs cleaner and more efficiently, leading to lower engine temperatures and restored power. It also helps avoid costly EGR system repairs. Key features include EGR removal, quicker turbo spool with lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs), and faster coolant recirculation for reduced engine coolant temperatures. While it allows for the deletion of the EGR actuator valve and cooler, it retains the stock intake and exhaust manifold. Professional installation is highly recommended for this kit. It is important to note that an EGR delete tune is required to prevent the truck from entering reduced power mode. The kit is compatible with 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD & 3500HD models with the 6.6L LML Duramax engine.
