EGR Valve Cooler Delete Kit

The SPELAB EGR Valve Cooler Delete Kit is engineered for 2011-2016 LML Duramax 6.6L engines in GMC and Chevrolet 2500HD and 3500HD trucks. This kit replaces the factory EGR valve and cooler system, effectively eliminating restrictive exhaust gas recirculation components. By doing so, it improves airflow, reduces engine heat, and prevents soot buildup that can lead to DPF failure and decreased engine life. It allows for quicker turbo spool and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs), leading to improved performance and potentially up to a 20% increase in fuel economy. The engine will run cleaner and more efficiently without the recirculation of exhaust gases. While designed as a direct replacement with no modification needed, professional installation is highly recommended. This kit allows for the deletion of the EGR actuator valve and the EGR cooler while retaining the stock intake and exhaust manifold.
