The Weistec 722.6 EGS52 TCU Upgrade is designed to significantly improve the performance of vehicles equipped with the 722.6 transmission family. This TCU tune enhances the driving experience through optimized shift points and increased shift speeds, leading to a more responsive and dynamic feel. Key features of this upgrade include improved torque management, which helps to prevent transmission slip and reduce wear and tear, as well as increased software torque limits. This module is specifically designed for EGS 52 TCU's only. This upgrade is compatible with the Supercharged 5.5L V8 (M113K) engine. Specifically, it fits the 2007-2012 Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG Base (W463) models. The tuning process involves sending your TCU to Weistec for modification; details on this process can be found via the "How To Tune" link. Advertised gains are estimates of HP and Torque at the engine and are listed as +0 HP and +0 TQ.
