The PLM Subaru WRX & STi EJ EJ25 Equal Length Header is an exhaust manifold engineered to enhance performance by improving exhaust flow and reducing backpressure. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it features mandrel-bent tubing and a cast merge collector designed to optimize exhaust pulse scavenging for better horsepower, torque, and throttle response.

The equal length design and short primary tubes are specifically configured for EJ-series engines to promote quicker turbo spool-up. This manifold is intended for use with OEM-location turbo setups.

The PLM Subaru WRX & STi EJ EJ25 Equal Length Header is a high-performance exhaust manifold designed to replace restrictive factory headers. By utilizing an equal length runner design and a precision 4-1 cast merge collector, this header optimizes exhaust pulse scavenging, which results in increased horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range. The short primary tube configuration is specifically optimized to help achieve quicker turbo spool-up, providing an immediate improvement in throttle response. Compatibility is strictly limited to Subaru WRX and STi models equipped with EJ-series engines using an OEM-location turbo and an EJ25 oil pan. Installation requires specific configuration changes depending on the vehicle model year: 2006-2007 models require the oil filter housing to be changed to the 02-05 WRX or 04-16 STi version due to oil cooler assembly interference, and 2002-2005 WRX models require the use of a 2.5L or STi oil pan.
