The Cosworth EJ25 Head Gasket (part number 20000913) is engineered for high-performance sealing in demanding engine conditions. It features a multi-layer stainless steel construction with a unique folded stopper layer, providing superior clamping force and sealing capabilities compared to standard multi-layer steel gaskets. Each layer is die-cut for enhanced consistency and smooth edges, avoiding the imperfections sometimes found in laser-cut alternatives. This gasket utilizes a pre-coated stainless steel surface with a 0.25-micron layer of nitrile rubber, ensuring even distribution and eliminating high or low spots. The manufacturing dimensional tolerance is held to +/- 0.001 inches for precise fitment. With a bore size of 101mm and a thickness of 0.78mm, it is specifically designed for Subaru EJ25 engines.
