The Hasport EKK2 is a performance mount kit engineered for K-series engine swaps into the 1996-2000 Honda Civic (EK) chassis, specifically when utilizing an EG or DC2 subframe. This design ensures that the engine head remains consistently positioned, regardless of whether a K20 or K24 engine is used, simplifying the installation of headers, intakes, and turbo kits. The EKK2 facilitates a bolt-in procedure for K-series swaps into the EK Civic by moving the engine further back in the engine bay, which yields greater clearance for the radiator and AC compressor. This specific mount kit is designed to work with RSX and 2002-2011 Honda Civic Si manual transmissions. It requires the use of the EG or DC2 subframe, steering rack, and lower control arms.
