EKK2 K-Swap Mount Kit

The Hasport EKK K-Swap Engine Mount Kit is engineered for K-series engine installations into 1996-2000 Honda Civics that utilize an EG or DC2 subframe. A key advantage of this kit is Hasport's dual-height mount design. This feature provides adjustability to fine-tune engine placement, ensuring proper axle alignment, adequate ground clearance, and sufficient room for aftermarket components such as headers and turbocharger systems. Because this setup requires the use of an EG or DC2 subframe, steering rack, and lower control arms, the engine is positioned slightly further back in the engine bay. This setback enhances clearance for the radiator and A/C compressor, contributing to a more balanced overall layout. This kit offers a true bolt-in solution once the necessary subframe and suspension components are installed.
