Elate Cast Intercooled Supercharger Manifold

The ELATE V3 1-Piece Cast Aluminum Supercharger Manifold is engineered for the popular Toyota/Lexus 4.0L, 4.3L, and 4.7L V8 engine platforms. Constructed from cast aluminum, powder coated, and machined, this low-mount manifold boasts substantially larger runners to enhance airflow into the intake ports. It includes two 1/8 NPT ports on its underside and a 3/8 NPT port compatible with GM-style intake air temperature sensors. The unit comes complete with a 30mm dual pass water-to-air intercooler core featuring -12AN male flare fittings. Designed to accommodate factory 1UZ VVTI and 3UZ injectors and fuel rails, this manifold requires a modification for the fuel rail hard line; it must be replaced with a flexible AN line to prevent contact with the manifold. For installations utilizing SVT M112 superchargers, the factory intercooler mount on the underside will need to be removed to allow proper attachment to the top plates. A crucial fitment note specifies that this manifold will not fit 2UZ engines equipped with a secondary air pump system in the valley (common on 2UZ VVTI models) unless runner extenders are used.
