Elate HTV2300 Intercooled Supercharger Kit

The Elate NON-VVTI 1UZ HTV2300 Intercooled Supercharger Kit offers a direct, bolt-on solution for supercharging your NON-VVTI 1UZ engine. This kit replaces the need for used OEM units by providing a new, more efficient charger developed by a specialized manufacturer. At the heart of this kit is the Harrop HTV2300, a popular four-lobe roots-type supercharger featuring a vertical bypass. This unit is manufactured in Victoria, Australia, utilizing Harrop-engineered body components and reliable Eaton internals. The comprehensive kit includes an ELATE 2-piece intercooled billet supercharger manifold with a top plate and all necessary mounting hardware. It also features an ELATE dual-pass intercooler core equipped with CNC-machined billet end tanks and -12AN fittings, ensuring efficient cooling. Supporting components include an ELATE 6PK pulley, a smooth idler pulley, and an ELATE throttle body adapter designed to integrate with the factory 1UZ throttle body. For the cooling system, the kit provides an external heat exchanger with -12AN lines and fittings, a Bosch 1200LPH water-to-air (W2A) pump with a 2-pin connector, and an ELATE W2A reservoir with a 15psi relief cap. Installation instructions are also included. Please note potential fitment considerations: Some USDM LS400 and SC400 models may have a rear water crossover with a heater outlet that interferes with the manifold's W2A fittings; the heater outlet will need to be blocked off. Additionally, the hard lines connecting the fuel rails will require replacement with a flexible 6AN line due to potential contact with the manifold upon installation. These kits are assembled to order, and lead times can be up to three months if the Harrop chargers are not in stock.
